BFC's Junior Olympics in Memphis

Last weekend the USFA held the fencing Junior Olympics, which took place in Memphis Tennessee. BFC had a number of athletes competing in junior and cadet categories across both individual and team events.

Shout out to Maria Theodore, who earned a top 8 finish in the Junior Women's Sabre event.

Maria defeated Lucy Pincus 15-9 to secure her top 8 placing. She lost to Kara Linder in the quarterfinal, 15-8. Congratulations to Maria for one of her best results to date!
