The Boston Fencing Club is the oldest fencing club in the country, our roots tracing back to 1858. A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the BFC is dedicated to teaching the Olympic sport of fencing to fencers of all ages and skill levels.

We teach classes for all ages from beginner fencers to Olympic hopefuls. Whether you have never tried the sport before, you fenced 20 years ago and you would like to re-enter the sport, or you are a competitive athlete looking for a top tier training facility, we have a coach and a program for you.

ABOUT BFC
BFCs 24,000 square foot facility is located in Brighton, MA near Watertown, Brookline, Newton, and Belmont. We are accessible from the Allston/Cambridge exit off the Mass Pike, the Boston Landing stop on the MBTA Worcester community rail line, and multiple MBTA bus lines.

OUTREACH
Boston Fencing Club is committed to expanding access to the sport of fencing throughout the Greater Boston area by breaking down geographic and financial barriers to the sport. We do this through partnerships with local schools, attendance at community events, and by granting financial aid to BFC students.
